Appleton Estate

A cane estate and distillery in the Nassau Valley of St Elizabeth, running both pot and column stills on limestone-filtered water drawn from the valley's karst. The producer dates itself to the first recorded distillation in 1749 rather than to the estate, whose history it traces to 1670. Joy Spence has been master blender since 1997.
