Barsol

The pisco house behind the Barsol bottlings. Its Mosto Verde Quebranta is distilled straight to final bottle proof with nothing added afterwards: no additives, no dilution, no flavouring, no ageing, which is the Peruvian definition working exactly as written, wood included. The producer publishes tasting notes in unusual depth and very little else. The Italia page gives an alcohol figure and a long nose and palate, and states no valley, no still and no grape. No founding year appears on its own pages.
