Brutal Brewing
Sweden · 8 drinks
A brand that declines to be a brewery. Its own front page calls Brutal Brewing "mer än en plats, snarare ett tankesätt" and says "vi brygger vår öl var vi kan, närhelst vi får chansen", which leaves the site naming no town, no founding year and no brewhouse. The one hard link it gives is the copyright line at the bottom: Spendrups Bryggeri AB. The country cell says Sweden on that basis and nothing more precise, because nothing more precise is published. What it does publish is the opposite of sparse: a page per beer with the alcohol figure, the malt bill, the hop varieties by name and a tasting note split into Doft and Smak. That is why eight of eight cans could be written up, where twelve wines gave two. Two things to watch: several beers share one page across three strengths, so a figure on that page may belong to a stronger version than the can in your hand, and the Doft and Smak for a 0,0 % is word for word the same text as its alcoholic sibling.
