Distillerie Fonds-Préville

At the foot of Mount Pelée in Macouba, the northernmost distillery on the island. More than three quarters of its cane is grown within sight of it and crushed on arrival, which is what AOC Martinique asks for and what makes a rhum agricole taste of grass rather than of sugar.
