Hampden Estate

A Trelawny estate that ferments for weeks rather than days and distils only in pot stills, which is where the esters come from. It publishes its full mark table — OWH at 40–80 gr/HLPA up to DOK at 1500–1600 — and states that nothing is added after distilling: no sugar, no sweetener, no colouring.
