Planteray

The rum brand of Maison Ferrand, a family company based at the Château de Bonbonnet in Cognac, which ages rum tropically in the country of origin and then a second time in ex-Ferrand French oak in south-west France. Xaymaca is blended from pot still rums made at Long Pond and Clarendon in Jamaica, two estates Ferrand holds an interest in. The brand was called Plantation until it renamed itself over the word's history.
