The only brandy here aged dynamically, in a solera and up to seven criaderas of oak botas under 1,000 litres that held sherry first. Its three grades — Solera, Solera Reserva, Solera Gran Reserva — are minimum AVERAGE ages of six months, a year and three years, which is a different kind of claim from a floor. It bottles from 36%, four points under Cognac, and it is the one category with a published sugar ceiling: 35 grams per litre.
